is it a good practice to use testng.xml as test workflow?

Dan Tran

I am seeing a testng.xml file contain many tests set steps ( change something , add something, etc) ,  some utility method can become a @test method

At the end, a single test xml file representing an integration test case has a count of many tests.

Thanks

-Dan
